Return Process

  Log into your PEDRO account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
